Open plan navy kitchen and dining area with herringbone flooring, finished and in use

Internal refurbishment and joinery across Northumberland

We’re not builders. We can bring your dreams to life, but we leave bricks and mortar to the specialists.

What we do is everything inside the walls. Refurbishments, joinery, plastering, plumbing and making good, done by one team rather than five, with the heating and electrical work handled by the same firm.

Everything inside the walls, done by one team rather than five.

Joinery

Doors, skirtings, architraves, fitted storage, staircases and second fix. Our own joiners, not a subcontractor booked in for a fortnight’s time.

Our own joiners

Walls stripped and patched ready for plastering during a void property turnaround

Plastering and making good

Skimming, patching and full replastering. For landlords and agents: chases filled, walls made good, doors rehung and damage repaired between tenants.

Small jobs welcome

Finished navy shaker kitchen with extractor hood, built in ovens and quartz worktops

Bathrooms, kitchens and plumbing

Bathrooms and kitchens as part of a wider refurbishment, with the plumbing behind them either way. Want one room on its own? Ring us and we’ll tell you honestly if we’re right for it.

Plumbing done in house

Boiler and unvented cylinder installed in a converted garage with copper pipework

Garages and outbuildings

Insulated, boarded, wired and heated, so a cold brick box turns into an office, a gym or a workshop. Where the planning’s in place we do the inside. The structural side goes to a builder.

Internal fit out

What we do inside a house

Full internal refurbishments, room by room or the whole house. Rewiring, replumbing, plastering, joinery, flooring and finishing. Properties brought back from a poor state and rented property turned round between tenants.

Because the heating and electrical work is ours too, there’s no waiting on somebody else’s diary in the middle of a job. That’s what usually turns a four week refurbishment into a ten week one.

What we don’t do, and why we say so

Extensions, loft conversions and anything structural go to somebody who does that for a living. So does knocking a garage about to make a room out of it.

Too many tradies take the job because they want the work. We know when it isn’t right for us, and we’ll point you at good partners who can.

One team, one price, one number

Heating, electrics, plastering, joinery and plumbing are all in house. That’s the point of using us.

If something isn’t right, there’s one number to ring, not five.

Renovation questions we get asked

No. Anything structural goes to a builder, and we’ll happily point you at ones we work with. What we do is everything inside the walls: refurbishment, joinery, plastering, plumbing, heating and electrics.

We can do the internal fit out, so insulation, boarding, wiring, heating and finishing, where the planning side is already sorted. The structural work, knocking openings about or altering the building itself, is a builder’s job.

Yes, as part of a refurbishment, and we do the plumbing and electrics behind them either way. If it’s a single room on its own, give us a ring and we’ll tell you straight whether we’re the right firm for that particular job.

The whole job. Heating, electrics, plastering, joinery and plumbing are all in house, which is the point of using us. One team, one price, one number to ring if something isn’t right.
