What does a maintenance contract cover?

Whatever your site actually needs. Usually planned servicing on your heating and electrical systems, the statutory testing and certification, and an agreed response time for reactive jobs. We arrange a site visit first, then put a written proposal together with the costs and response times in it.

Contract sites get a response time agreed in writing up front. In practice we’re normally there the same day and within 24 hours as a rule. Out of hours, heating and gas jobs are covered through the night and at weekends.

Yes, for heating, boilers, plumbing and gas. Ring 01670 641284 and it comes through to whoever’s on call. Electrical and joinery jobs are dealt with the next working day.
